Samrand Digital provides digital services only. This page explains how we deliver our services to you.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All services provided by Samrand Digital are 100% digital. We do not ship any physical products. All deliverables are sent electronically.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the service, we deliver your completed projects through one or more of these methods:

Email: Final files and project links sent to your email address.

File Transfer: For large files, we use secure file-sharing services like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

Direct Handover: For websites and online stores, we provide login credentials and access details for your new platform.

Project Management Tools: We may use tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion to share progress and deliverables.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the service and project complexity:

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time depends on project scope, client feedback speed, and complexity.

4. Project Timeline Process

1️⃣ Start: Work begins after receiving deposit and all required materials.

2️⃣ Draft/Preview: We share initial concepts or drafts for your review.

3️⃣ Revisions: You provide feedback, and we make revisions (as per your package).

4️⃣ Final Delivery: After your approval, we deliver the final files.

5. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery, you agree to:

✔️ Provide all required materials (texts, images, logos, etc.) promptly

✔️ Respond to our requests for feedback within agreed timeframes

✔️ Make decisions in a timely manner

✔️ Communicate any changes or delays as early as possible

Delays in client response may extend project delivery times.

6. File Formats

We deliver files in appropriate formats based on the service:

Websites: Source files, admin access, documentation

Logos: AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG

Videos: MP4, MOV, plus project files if agreed

Banners: PSD, PNG, JPG

Photos: PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG

7. Post-Delivery Support

Each package includes a specific support period:

Websites: 30 days of bug fixes and support

Logo Design: 7 days for minor adjustments

Video Editing: 7 days for minor corrections

Other Services: As specified in your project proposal

Beyond this period, additional support can be arranged at an agreed fee.

8. What You Receive

Upon project completion and full payment, you receive:

All final files in agreed formats

Documentation (where applicable)

Login credentials (for websites, etc.)

Ownership rights to the final work

9. Delayed Delivery

If we anticipate a delay in delivery, we will notify you promptly with an explanation and revised timeline.

10. Urgent Orders
