8.3 Rejected Concepts: Unused concepts and preliminary work remain the property of Samrand Digital.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. The deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced.

10.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time with a refund for work not yet completed.

10.3 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are issued at our discretion and only for work not yet completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samrand Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.
